a quiet place

the main site screams - neon, grain, a 3D samurai. that's the point, a landing page is supposed to scream

this place is the opposite. paper, serifs, one column. a home for texts longer than a tweet and slower than a channel: agents, production around frontier models and everything that doesn't fit the "look what we shipped" format

what to expect:

• deep dives: how models actually behave in prod, not in demos
• notes on agent hubs, workflows and the infrastructure around them
• sometimes quant stuff and the old life - there were lessons in it

publishing speed is inversely proportional to a text's lifespan. a tweet lives an hour, a post lives for years

tech-wise everything is boring and correct: markdown files, a tiny build script, static assets on Cloudflare Workers. no framework
